LSKB's business strategy is focused in two areas; internal development of next generation cancer drug technologies and providing business development and regulatory consulting services to international pharmaceutical companies.

Developing products in the life-science industry requires extensive resources and in depth experience. LSKB management has extensive international experience in pharmaceutical product development.  This experience includes business development, US, EU and Korean regulatory practices, and preclinical and clinical development.  LSKB management is leveraging its experience, reputation and contacts to build a unique diversified business with opportunities to develop new health care products both internally and as a consultant to other firms.

LSKB was founded in 2005 and is a privately held corporation based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with offices in the US and Korea.
